Indo-Italian Slow Food, Made from Scratch

At Anita’s, cooking is a shared story.
It began with two people, two dishes, and five tables.
Today, our kitchen brings together Italian comfort and Indonesian flavour, using ingredients we trust and traditions we care about.
Everything is made in-house. Our tomato sauce, pasta, bread, cold cuts, and jams are prepared daily in our kitchen. The menu blends the depth of Javanese spices with the simplicity of Italian recipes, resulting in food that feels both familiar and new.
We use local ingredients wherever possible. Vegan dishes are available on request, and we’re always happy to create something special.
The pace is slow. The flavours are honest. The pool is open to all guests with a minimum food and drink spend. Stay as long as you like. Dessert is always worth it.
Our Menu
Our menu changes with the seasons but always reflects the balance of Italian comfort and Indonesian flavour.
Guests often come back for the burrata with marinated Roma tomatoes, our wood-fired pizza topped with house-made mortadella and burrata, and the Mie Terong Balado: a Javanese-style eggplant pasta.
We also serve a curated charcuterie platter with sourdough, daily homemade cakes, cold-pressed juices, and a considered list of natural wines and cocktails.
Drinks & Wine
Something to Sip, Something to Celebrate
Our drinks menu reflects the same care and simplicity as our kitchen. We serve a selection of cold-pressed juices, herbal infusions, and fresh blends made with local fruit and herbs. Whether you’re here for a midday pause or to wind down in the evening, there’s always something refreshing to sip.
Our cocktails are classic with a twist — made in-house, using clean ingredients, and designed to complement the flavours on your plate. Try our house negroni, a local citrus spritz, or something herbal and bold.
The wine list features small-scale producers, with a focus on natural and biodynamic wines from Italy and beyond. Each bottle is selected to pair effortlessly with our food or stand beautifully on its own.
If you’re not sure what to try, just ask. We’re happy to recommend something.

What Our Guests Says About Their Stay?
Saw this place through a local influencer on Instagram, he said it was “the most authentic Italian food in Canggu.” I can’t speak to the authenticity since I’ve never been to Italy, but the food was decent, and the service was quick.
I can only say one thing, no doubt you guys have the best Italian dishes that i’ve ever tried in Indonesia, and I’ve tried so many Italian places. Keep your quality, and I will always be back to this place with my friends whenever I go to Bali. Amazing experience indeed.
I arrived in Canggu three years ago, and a Balinese friend recommended this warung to us. We never imagined it would become our favorite restaurant! We come here every week without fail….
My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Anita’s! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere….
